Let me break this down for you right quick. See, the way I see it is, if someone is attractive and quiet, then she is, at least initially, judged as being conceited. However, if someone unattractive acts in the exact same way as the attractive person, then he is simply considered to be a shy person.

Conversely, if someone attractive is loud and outgoing, then, as above, he is considered conceited. But again, if an unattractive person acts in the same manner as this attractive person, she is thought of as having a good, strong personality.
