December 08, 2003"Stupid guy on my phone..." - JoeyHere comes my first tech post: It's a watch/cell phone. I know, I know... you wanted something more from my first tech post. I mean, I am Asian after all. What about a mic on the watch to talk to the callers and to place calls via voice. Not impressed? Dick Tracy had that back in the day, and he wasn't even a little Asian you say? How about this, there's no earpiece. That's right. How do you hear them you ask? Well, you stick your finger in your ear, and the watch sends the sound vibrations of the caller through your bones. How do you answer the calls? By touching your forefinger to your thumb. Seems crazy? Well they plan on enabling the watch to read your brain waves to control all the functions of the watchphone, but are worried that it might be too dangerous since you might think something that you wouldn't want the caller to hear. It's called the Finger Whisper and it'll be here soon and... and I'm a little scared... even though my uncle probably made it. Cheers Here is one of many sites covering the phone.
