Updates

I've updated the About page. There still isn’t that much info about me on it, but I linked to a lot of good stuff: beautiful women and good music. The music is good in my opinion at least. My feeling on music has changed recently. I've always listened to a pretty wide spectrum of music and enjoyed all of it pretty much equally. While I can say that Linkin Park is my favorite in terms of heavy rock, I can't compare them to an artist like Maxwell, who I regard as the best soul singer out there. My mood is the only determinant to what I listen to. But even though I listened to all this stuff, I looked at the music I didn't listen to, such as country music or the music at Jewish weddings and other Jewish events (I used to be a banquet waiter), as lacking in quality. But recently I've come to think of the deficiency being in myself and not in the music. For example, I work with this girl who only listens to 50 cent. Now, while I do enjoy his stuff, I find it almost sad that she misses out on all the other great stuff that's out there. Since music is a form of art, it’s understandable that people would have their own preferences. My point is that it’s too bad that people, including myself, miss out on great stuff because they aren’t open to it. But maybe it’s just me.
