I thought this was interesting. I'm a big Lebowski fan, but this is a little too much. Yeah, it's fun to quote and it gets better with every viewing, but this is like a Star Trek convention for Lebowski fans. People walkin around dressed like characters or objects from the movie... little too much for me, but hey, more power to them.

Also, I was watchin tv the other day and there was, what looked to be, an old kung fu movie on. I'm always down for some random Shaolin/Lama, voice-over action, so I left it on. As time went by, I noticed no action, and massive amounts of crying. Figuring this would lead to some I-will-be-avenged-fist-pumping action, I continued to watch. In thirty minutes, I counted 62 funny looking hats (of which I would gladly wear a few, ok all), 28 guys that looked like they could do some damage, and 13 girls that I was down with. But more importantly, not one person's honor was disgraced, not one person vowed revenge, not one monk drank from a wooden bottle whilst beating on students, and not one innocent bystander, serving tea or buns, took a "I'll show you how strong my kung fu is" punch to the face. They actually make kung fu looking shows without kung fu. It was like a kung fu-less soap opera, which I guess is like most soap operas, but you know what I mean. disappointing...
