August 29, 2004widescreen, baby...So that last posts reminds me, although I'm not a fan of racism, stereotyping among friends can be quite fun. Yeah, I know it's politically incorrect and whatnot, but if someone in my group is part of that stereotype, it's fair game in my book. Not only are they humorous, but lead to great running jokes. The best one to come out of my group of friends, in my opinion at least, is measuring things using "asians" as units. I think it's hilarious and have provided some examples below to illustrate how it is used if you should decide to integrate it into your own group of friends. Although, I recommend at least one of them being part-asian, or even just asian looking (it's pretty much in the eyes- we got widescreen, baby). "He was normal height, he was like 2 asians tall..." "This chair is tiny, an asian could barely fit in this..." "This car is huge! You could fit an asian village in here..." "Look at all that room on her side!! You could fit a giant asian over there... that'd be weird though..." And that's how it's done; spread the good word. Posted by Mark at August 29, 2004 06:34 AMComments
This post was at least a half an asian too short. He said it was 'about three-quarters as big as a calf.'" Posted by: Jack Handey at August 30, 2004 06:16 AM |
