So the Kobe case was dismissed, which is what I've been tellin people since the beginning. The fact is, this was a "he said-she said" case, and under the current system, it is very easy to get away with acts like this. I am not saying he did or didn't do it. I'm just talking about the case.

Countless rapes go unreported due to the risk of the victim's identity being exposed (proven to be something to be scared of from this trial), and the fact that it is almost impossible to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt." If the defense can fabricate either the simplest motive or an understandable reason for the evidence against the defendant, it's pretty much a wrap.

I'm not saying I have a solution. Change the system more in favor of the victim and you just may open the floodgates to angry ex's and jealous stalkers. All I'm saying is that there was no way this case was gonna end in the conviction of Kobe Bryant unless they just wanted to make an example of him after the whole O.J. thing. Then again, if that was gonna happen to anyone it would have been Jayson Williams.

Rapists are easliy in my top 3 of "Who I would kill given the chance." No, it's not a nice list to have, but rapists aren't a nice thing to have either. I can't stand even the thought of them, and just the thought of that happening to anyone I know or even used to know, makes me want to call them and tell them to be careful.

In fact, anyone reading this- BE CAREFUL. I know nobody goes out looking to be raped, well none of you anyway, but still, a lot of you tell me to be safe in your emails to me, so this is like that, but more intense. You are all hot girls, I say this because whenever one of you goes to my site and sees other girls you all write to me asking who the other hot girls are. So now you know, all the other girls that read this think you are hot. (My mom has given me permission to marry two of you, but I think that's illegal.) Back to my point, you are hot, so be careful.

Brian, Justin, James- this goes double for you guys. Matt and Angel, you two are just as hot as those guys, but you guys are pretty big, so it would take more than one girl. And, honestly, I don't see either of you fighting off one girl. let alone multiple girls.

Yes, I am now making light of what I was saying I couldn't stand a couple paragraphs ago, but that's only cause I don't like being serious, and with this stuff I might actually get a too serious.
