It's been a while

I haven't done a picture post in a while, so I figured I'd do one to recap the past month or so. I haven't been goin out as much as I did in the beginning of the trip like when Brian was here, which is a good thing. I've been getting a lot of reading done and played a lot of basketball, but believe ot or not, pictures of me reading just aren't as fun as pictures of when I go out. This will cover a singing porn star, a truck, solitare, old pics I got from a friend, old pics I never got to post, family I got to meet, pics from my trip to the beach, and of course some girls.

So this is Nong Nat. She is an actress/singer who recently has been all over the news because of a porn she did when she was 19 (You have to be at least 20 in Thailand to do that type of stuff). There's a whole big investigation and whatnot, but either way, she's had a lot of publicity. I'm sure she's much more popular now than before, and wouldn't have been able to fill venues singing like she can now. When Andrew called me to tell me she was gonna be there and asked if I wanted to go with him and his friends, I told him I was down. But on the way there I started wondering what kind of show this was gonna be. I didn't know she was a singer, so I didn't understand what she would be doing. "She's known for porn... is she gonna do... porn?... live?" was pretty much my inner monolgue. Alas, she sang some songs, shook her stuff, and that was about it. Only here could you be known for a sex tape and fill a place full of fans only to sing, and not get booed.

I saw this as I was walkin into the mall form the skytrain. The system was quite solid, as you'd expect from a car stereo show. But what I liked was:

The DJ hooked up to the truck. I think that's pretty cool.

As I was leaving the mall, I saw the most expensive way to play solitare I've ever seen in person.

I played with these puppies for a little bit. But it's so hot here that they can only play for a bit til they pass out. And passed out animals just aren't any fun to play with. Not a word, Crawford.

This is at my relative's birthday party. The little girl on the right was very cute. Her parents asked her if I was handsome (in Thai, of course) and she said yes and hid under the table. I told her to wait 16 years, and then slap me for hitting on her.

Kartoon, Tik, and Ju. I haven't been out with them in a while. They called me and guilt tripped me with it being my friends' birthday. I'm glad though cause I had a good time.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of tattoos on girls. Is it a double standard that I'm gonna get one? I don't think it is.

I love these glasses, and I don't care how dumb you say I look. From now on, Mark comes with these glasses (Unless I'm wearing the red ones of these that I got. Once I find a red leather jacket, it's all over.).

I went to the beach this past weekend. We got there late Friday night and Sunday rained all day, so I got only one good day for pics, so I took like a million and 7 pictures. But I'm only gonna post 7. These first two are from the balcony of my aunt's condo. They get to look at this every day. Could I be more jealous? Also, Brian, I do apologize for not being able to get you out to the beach while you were here, that's totally my bad.
